I wish to thank National Mortgage Company for making my dream home a reality and doing the most wonderful job. From the start every member of staff I dealt with was fantastic. Everyone was always going the extra mile to assist me in understanding the process of building a new house. Things were done with amazing speed and accuracy. All I had to do was send one email or make one phone call and the team took action straight away.

In times where there has been negativity towards financial institutions, my wife and I would like to say that we have only had very positive experiences with NMC. Your service, Lauren, is outstanding and although we don't deal with you very often, when we do it is nothing but a very friendly and pleasant experience. We have a loan through NMC & needed to obtain another loan for a home. We had very limited time so the pressure was on. First of all the reason I wanted to go through NMC is because when I phone I get a person & get put through to the right person. This is rare these days but very much appreciated. I was passed on to Ashleigh Webb to discuss finance. She was very friendly & patient. Ashleigh was amazing. I'd phone most days to see how things were going & I'd always be able to speak with her & if she was on another call I'd receive a phone call back from her within 5 minutes. Buying a home is quite stressful & Ashleigh made us feel like she was personally going out of her way to make all this happen smoothly for us, which it did!

Thank you for your assistance Denis. We have never met but a friend at the end of a telephone is priceless when one is in this situation.

The purpose of my email is to simply acknowledge the great work Antonia’s done over the past month. Given that I’m no longer a NMC customer, she could very well have put on a ‘don’t care’ attitude but she didn’t. In fact, I’ve been kept informed constantly and given a level of comfort that to be quite frank, I wasn’t expecting at all. Antonia seems to have a great personality about her and its quite evident with the way she’s communicated.
